During the past week we've discussed a number of great links; on Google+, Twitter, the Daily 'Paper' and so on. Here are a few of my favourites.
- The Bionic Pancreas : A very interesting way to tackle Type I Diabetes.
- runScribe: The Wearable for the Data-Driven Athlete : Joining the evergrowing list of fitness wearables is runScribe - which certainly provides plenty of information about the wearer's running technique. Interesting idea.
- 'Video-less' Video Games (for Blind Players) : Would love to see more of these - enormous potential. 'Videoless' video games.
- Graphene + Rubber Bands = Medical Sensors : Say hello to the G-Band . Incredible combination.
- 3D-Printed Vertebrae Implanted Into Patients : 3D-Printed Titanium vertebral implants. Fantastic.
We also talked about new bone growth using coated tissue scaffolds, the 'Pestaurant' and a whole lot more. Keep up with the World of Health & Fitness in the Straight to the Bar Community on Google+.
