Video for Gymchat 250 - Serious Training for Ignored Populations (Bill Kociaba)

Thanks again to everyone who watched and joined in the discussion Gymchat 250 - Serious Training for Ignored Populations [with Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist Bill Kociaba and Personal Trainer and Strength Athlete Josh Hewett ] - much appreciated. If you haven't seen it yet (or simply want to go over a particular point again), here's the entire video .

It was a fantastic discussion. Josh and Bill discussed Bill's fitness background, reasons for targeting training populations that are typically ignored, challenges of training people online when you can't see their form, large gyms vs small gyms, charging for training, equipment modifications (or lack thereof), gym etiquette, home gyms, establishing client requirements & goals, hands on approach, online classes for the blind, training partners, sharing information online - recommendations & current practices; and a whole lot more. If you're ready to Help Train the Clients Which Are Often Ignored, make sure you watch this one.
