During the past week we've discussed a number of great links; on Google+, Twitter, the Daily 'Paper' and so on. Here are a few of my favourites.
- A Bicycle Friendly Business District in Los Angeles : Joining an ever-growing list of bicycle-friendly projects in urban areas, a BFBD in Los Angeles . Sounds great.
- Heart Monitoring Implants : A very interesting way for a medical team to see what's going on, in real time. Wireless-enabled implants .
- An App That Improves Eyesight : The UltimEyes app trains athletes to see smaller objects at greater distances. Interesting idea.
- Drug Delivery via Contact Lenses : More durable, drug-delivering contact lenses . Sounds great.
- 3D-Printed Exoskeleton : A bespoke, 3D-Printed 'Ekso-Suit' . Fantastic.
We also talked about the possibility of growing cartilage, the stretchable, bendable optical interconnections for body sensors and a whole lot more. Keep up with the World of Health & Fitness in the Straight to the Bar Community on Google+.
