During the past week we've discussed a number of great links; on Google+, Twitter, the Daily 'Paper' and so on. Here are a few of my favourites.
- Cryotherapy Research : We've looked at a number of recovery methods on this site over the years (my favourite being sleep ). The associated research is interesting - particularly surrounding something like cryotherapy. Take a look.
- Getting Huge : If you've got 'gaining muscle mass' as one of your goals, check out this week's Gymchat on Hypertrophy . Fantastic discussion.
- 'Phone-Based Pulse Oximeter : Very interesting device - opens up a range of possible fitness and medical uses.
- Automatic Tracking of Caloric Consumption : Joining the various tools and applications for tracking your caloric intake - the GoBe . Makes things a whole lot simpler.
- An Open Source, 3D-Printable Prosthetic Hand : Fantastic.
We also talked about Predictive Healthcare, Foldable Electric Bikes and a whole lot more. Keep up with the World of Health & Fitness in the Straight to the Bar Community on Google+.
